Hi, I’m Ecaterina

My name is Ecaterina and I am a Romanian currently living in Canada. I didn’t like to cook until recently, when I discovered that good food can be prepared under 30min and still taste DELICIOUS!

Seeing my mom cooking for 5 people, it always felt cooking is such a long and laborious process, that it would feel dreadful to cook anything. With some experimentation done this summer, well, now I now it can also be fast with a super good result.
